  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned on the product page.

  • Mehraab reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or payment failures.

4. Made-to-Order Policy

  • All Mehraab outfits are made to order and crafted after order confirmation.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, except at Mehraab’s discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Average dispatch time is 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility criteria mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 48 business hours to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from Mehraab’s end.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate personal and shipping information.

  • Any loss or delay caused due to incorrect details provided by the customer will not be Mehraab’s responsibility.
